GED Test Preparation
Registration for GED Prep starts July 25th at 8 am.
Hesperia Adult School offers both traditional, instructor directed, in-person and online GED Preparation classes. These classes are designed to help students prepare to take the State of California GED Exam. In-person and online GED Preparation course are offered to accommodate almost any schedule. Registration in GED Prep is for a 9 week term. Students may need to register for additional terms to raise basic skills to test level.
In-person GED Preparation courses are offered at various times each week. Enrollment will be continue until classes are full, but regardless of enrollment date classes will end each quarter. Enrollment in the in-person GED Preparation is based on availability.
Online GED Preparation is now available for those who need unlimited access day or night and who desire the flexibility to work at their own pace or who need the ability to accomodate work schedules, child care, transporation or family issues. Complete the online GED Preparation course at home, at the local library or any where with high speed Internet access. Engaging, media-rich curriculum sparks interest with 3-D animation, video clips, audio files and educational games. Curriculum is individualized to fit your needs. Study only the sections you need to pass the test. Online GED classes are instructor supported. No textbook is required as all materials are provided online! Register today and start within 24 hours! Money order or voucher made payable to HUSD is required.
Students may, but are not required, purchase the official online GED practice test vouchers at $5.00 per test. These are the official GED Ready practice exams.
***Money orders and payment vouchers from San Bernardino County case workers and other community agencies are accepted for Official GED Ready vouchers payment.

GED Testing is offered by Pearson VUE testing in partnership with Hesperia Adult School. Register for testing at GED.com.
Seats are limited! Register Examinees must be at least 17 years and 10 months old to take the GED test. Every examinee must show a drivers license, passport, tribal or military ID at time of testing. Pre-registration must be completed on GED.com PRIOR to the exam. Seating is limited and often fills up several weeks before the exam.
